Most of the couples who book Saltrock Studios aren't looking for a highlight reel that looks like everyone else's. They want something that feels personal and lasting, closer to a family heirloom than a social media clip. Super 8 adds that feeling. It slows the moments that matter and makes your wedding look the way it will feel when you look back on it years from now.
We shoot Super 8 alongside our digital cameras rather than instead of them. After the wedding, the film is developed and scanned at our local lab. It's then edited into your final film, where the Super 8 sections work like memories woven through the full story of your day.

Every Super 8 wedding we film pairs real 8mm film with modern digital coverage, so your final film has both: crisp, complete storytelling and the warm, imperfect texture only film can give.
